It always annoyed me when I’m told – a good belly fat loss diet could achieve 2lbs of fat loss each week.

“Any more than that and you’ll start to shed muscle fibre”.

Or a sound exercise plan could result in you losing the same couple of pounds.

But if you had a good belly fat loss diet AND a good exercise plan – your results didn’t double – they canceled each other out!

Diet seemed to work.

And exercise seemed to work…

But you just can’t seem to get the double benefit of combining both!!!

We’ve all been taught that two pounds a week is the target to lose love handles… Yet there are genuine controlled studies displaying belly fat loss much higher than that.

So is fast weight loss about burning calories? Well the simple answer is No….

There are studies displaying that interval training, whilst burning less calories during the workout, results in a significantly greater overall fat loss than a more energetic workout of calorie burning training…

Also there are studies showing the same total calories burned from weight training and cardio, results in drastically different amounts of fat loss.

So it’s not just about calories…

There are nutrition studies that illustrate altering the source of protein intake doubled the lean mass gains and increased fat shed – without changing total calorie intake or even activity levels.

Another study showed a similar occurrence when you changed the source of dietary fat or carbs. Once more – no change in total calories in, or activity levels (calories out) — but there was a pronounced reduction in body fat.

So after reading differing types of fat loss information, it’s not difficult to arrive at the conclusion:

You shouldn’t believe that it’s only possible to lose 2lbs a week, in fact…

Lose Beer Belly By Drinking Water

Drinking Water and Beer Belly Loss, Can Drinking Water Really Help me Lose Weight?

Water is vital for good health, but recent studies have shown that there is no "magic formula" for the amount of water all people should consume.

Water is essential for our survival.  But it can furthermore be important in helping you lose belly fat.  When commencing a weight loss plan, many people fail to incorporate sufficient water into their diet, causing them to lose the benefits that water can provide.  As a consequence, they don’t lose as much weight as they ought to.

It has long been understood that water is a natural way to counter hunger pains.  After you drink water, you have a tendency to feel full quite quickly.  It also flushes out your digestive system, allowing your body to purge itself of detrimental toxins. 

Water can in addition boost your energy level and perk up your metabolism, allowing you to consume calories more quickly. 

Investigation indicates that hunger and thirst may be inextricably linked.  That means that at times, you may think that you’re hungry, whilst actually you’re thirsty.  Drinking water through those periods can help you to feel satiated without expanding your belly. Water can combat high blood pressure and can decrease your cholesterol levels.  It can also be a remedy against water retention, kidney trouble, skin problems, and migraines. 

Water can also enhance and tone your muscles, helping you to achieve a more clearly defined physique.  Therefore, it is particularly important that you drink a great deal of water if you enter into a strength training program.  You cannot expect your muscles to work properly if you do not hydrate them with water.

What temperature should you drink water at? Well it can make a significant difference.  It is believed that water that is cold is digested faster than water that is warmer  In fact, water that is relatively cold in temperature can actually serve as a calorie-burner. So add lot’s of ice.

You have probably read that our bodies are comprised of almost 70 percent water.  Therefore, water is crucial for the proper functioning of your metabolism.  Water can also help to regulate your body temperature, enabling your body to work more effeciently.

Certain symptoms will emerge if you’re not consuming enough water.  For instance, you may find it difficult to concentrate.  You may also have a constant feeling of being tired.  You may be constipated or experience dry skin.  

Take the pee-test, if your pee is colourless or a pale yellow, then you are probably receiving adequate water in your diet.

If you’re not getting enough hydration then, you should consider drinking a glass of water before breakfast.  This will ensure that you are getting your day off to a healthy start. 

Have another glass mid-morning and another right before you eat lunch.  If you drink a glass with lunch, you will have already had half of your daily water requirements.  Have a drink in the mid-afternoon, another at dinner, one after dinner, and one right before bed.  In this way, you will likely be getting all the water your body needs. 

Try this routine for a few weeks, and you may be amazed at the difference you see in your health and appearance, combined with my best way to lose belly fat plan, you’re hitting the right road.

How To Loose Belly Flab Stomach Fat

Stomach fat, belly flab, beer gut, it doesn’t matter what name you give it, it creeps up on you. I realised that my gut had sneaked up on me last June.

Best Way To Lose Belly

So what prompted this mindset to lose my belly flab? Well…

We were getting ready to have a cracking day out at my mate’s wedding. Now my Mrs, had been preparing what to wear for the last couple of months, in fact all of her friends had known what each other was wearing for weeks. But it wasn’t an issue for me, all I had to do was pop on my suit and within half an hour, get down to the pub.

Or so I thought, I got my shirt and tie on, then panic stations set in when I pulled my trousers up. There was a 2" gap between the button and button hole. Had they shrunk??

No, you already know the answer, my belly flab couldn’t be sucked in enough to do up the trousers. With a quick addition of a belt, I managed to keep the trousers up, but it meant I had to keep the suit jacket fastened all day, to cover up my embarrassment of my trousers not fitting.

I was determined to loose my belly, but I didn’t want to get stuck into some girly diet, that would end up getting my stomach fat back when I stopped it. I was also adamant that I didn’t want to lose the beer.

I don’t know about you, but I consider beer more than just a drink. It’s an excuse to meet up with your mates and have a great night out, you know what I mean, putting the world to rights and acting like teenagers again. It’s something to look forward to at the end of a hard week.

So after a bit of research and a couple of failed attempts, I came up with a solution, that worked for me and could work for you too. The best part about it is it’s not difficult, in fact I’d go as far to say it’s simple.

It doesn’t mean you have to have a big lifestyle change, you just have to be sensible, after all you already know what foods are bad for you. Don’t you.

So after a lot of digging around reviewing different plans and techniques, I discovered what I consider to be the best way to lose belly flab, in the rapid weight loss plan called The Diet Solution
