How To Lose Belly Fat Fast

It always annoyed me when I’m told – a good belly fat loss diet could achieve 2lbs of fat loss each week.
“Any more than that and you’ll start to shed muscle fibre”.
Or a sound exercise plan could result in you losing the same couple of pounds.
But if you had a good belly fat loss diet AND a good exercise plan – your results didn’t double – they canceled each other out!
Diet seemed to work.
And exercise seemed to work…
But you just can’t seem to get the double benefit of combining both!!!
We’ve all been taught that two pounds a week is the target to lose love handles… Yet there are genuine controlled studies displaying belly fat loss much higher than that.
So is fast weight loss about burning calories? Well the simple answer is No….
There are studies displaying that interval training, whilst burning less calories during the workout, results in a significantly greater overall fat loss than a more energetic workout of calorie burning training…
Also there are studies showing the same total calories burned from weight training and cardio, results in drastically different amounts of fat loss.
So it’s not just about calories…
There are nutrition studies that illustrate altering the source of protein intake doubled the lean mass gains and increased fat shed – without changing total calorie intake or even activity levels.
Another study showed a similar occurrence when you changed the source of dietary fat or carbs. Once more – no change in total calories in, or activity levels (calories out) — but there was a pronounced reduction in body fat.
So after reading differing types of fat loss information, it’s not difficult to arrive at the conclusion:
You shouldn’t believe that it’s only possible to lose 2lbs a week, in fact…
If we concentrate on doing everything the correct way- looking for synergy between the different components for burning our belly fat as opposed to incompatibility and cancelling each other out. – we can ramp all the processes up, and work them all together so that instead of training and dieting for 12 weeks — you’d get great results in less than a month.

Do Fad Diets Help You Lose The Belly?
If you search the web for ‘weight loss diets’ you’ll find millions of web pages appear in the search engine. So you realise there’s a lot of people out there who have published web pages on which they give advice about how to lose weight.
Some of these sites contain information that is both valid and valuable for belly fat loss, but a great many others are full of nonsense and ideas that have little or no substance!
There are loads of ‘fad diet’ pages These will often focus on the latest fashionable theories about things that might work as part of a belly fat loss reduction eating regime.
Beware of such ’fad diets’ at all costs!
Most of these ‘diet plans’ are often nothing more than crash diets , implying that you starve yourself as a way of losing your belly fat.
It’s not rocket science to work out, that if you stop eating, you will lose weight. Indeed, if you stop eating altogether, you will lose so much weight that you will die, so, starving yourself will undoubtedly shed the additional poundage that you want to get rid of. Unfortunately, it will not do so in a way that is even remotely healthy.
Most ‘fad’ diets focus on eating a great deal of one particular type of food whilst removing other necessary foods from the overall diet plan altogether. This will definitely generate weight loss, but it will not do so in a healthy fashion, because a balanced diet is essential for long-term human health. Another issue of these so-called belly busting scams is they tell you not to bother taking exercise to lose weight, which is rubbish.
Nor are the ‘beneficial’ effects of such a ‘fad’ diet likely to be long lasting.
As soon as you have completed your weight loss program, you’ll return to a normal, healthy balanced diet and when you do, eating the foods that you have denied yourself for weeks or months is likely to see extra weight being piled back on just as quickly, if not faster than you managed to get rid of it.
Another problem with ‘fad’ diets is that, because of their focus on one particular type or group of foodstuffs, they tend to be boring and uninteresting. You start to crave for those foodstuffs that this particular diet denies to you, and such a craving is not going to be something that you can ignore for ever!
Many ‘fad’ diets ignore healthy eating on an even more basic level.
‘Fad’ diets will often encourage you to ignore basic healthy eating rules, such as the requirement to eat a certain number of portions of vegetables and fruits every day. As another example, such a diet plan might recommend that you avoid eating oily fish, ignoring the fact that they are one of the best known sources of the essential trans-fatty acids that are vital for long-term good health.
Because all of these here-today, gone-tomorrow so-called diet plans are accorded miracle status because of their ability to help you shed weight extremely quickly, all that they are really doing is storing up potential problems for the future.
But there are still easy ways to lose abdominal fat.

How To Get Rid Of Love Handles
The best way to lose love handles, is first to take the conscious decision that you are going to take action. although loosing love handles and stomach fat are two of the most stubborn areas to rid flab from, it doesn’t have to be a massive task for you. Keep in mind that deep belly fat is dangerous for your health.

But I’ll also summarise, here, what you need to do.
Ok, you’ve made the decision to give it a go, you may have tried a few times before… Done a bit of exercise, stopped eating chocolate, but you were probably trying a boring diet or were doing the wrong belly exercises. You see most people will tell you, incorrectly, that you need to do sit-ups or crunches to get rid of your love handles. But what’s the use of toning your abs when they’re covered in a layer or two of flab? You need to loose belly flab first.
To help you commit, keep a few photos to hand, you know the ones you’re embarrassed about, because they show your fat stomach, this will give you a purpose and help you concentrate on your goal.
Sort through your kitchen cupboards and throw out all the high sugar foods, soda, cookies, sweets etc. The sugar found in junk food and soda is the kind of sugar that burns quickly, unlike those sugars found in fruits and vegetables, which burn more slowly. Please don’t get conned by fad diets to lose stomach fat.
If your body is processing sugar to create energy, and you’re not using any energy, those sugars will be converted into fat for later use and you’ll be adding to your love handles.
Simply stay away from the foods you know are bad for you, this includes refined flours and the foods that they create, such as white bread, pasta, donuts, cakes and biscuits are the bad carbs and should be avoided. They can cause bloating, poor digestion, and lead to accumulation of fat.
Ideally granary or wholemeal bread should be eaten instead of white bread. Slow release carbs are also beneficial, such as oats, brown rice, some pulses and sweet potato.
When you read my Top Ten Tips eBook (fill out the form at the top right hand side of this page) you’ll find that I stress the importance of regularly drinking water throughout the day, this is because sometimes our brain confuses thirst with hunger. You will eat less if you drink a glass of water before a meal.
Once you’ve got the correct mindset for your diet, you move on to exercise to lose love handles. You should concentrate on cardio exercising. Cardio exercises raise your heart rate and boost your metabolism (for up to 24 hours! – after a good workout), but the most important benefit of cardio exercises is that they burn fat, stomach fat included.
Do something you enjoy… If you like to go outdoors, consider fast-paced walks, running, cycling etc. For those who like the gym treadmills, elliptical trainers and stationary bikes could be the choice. If you prefer to stay at home you can jump rope, dance or start kick boxing.
