Stomach fat, belly flab, beer gut, it doesn’t matter what name you give it, it creeps up on you. I realised that my gut had sneaked up on me last June.

Best Way To Lose Belly

So what prompted this mindset to lose my belly flab? Well…

We were getting ready to have a cracking day out at my mate’s wedding. Now my Mrs, had been preparing what to wear for the last couple of months, in fact all of her friends had known what each other was wearing for weeks. But it wasn’t an issue for me, all I had to do was pop on my suit and within half an hour, get down to the pub.

Or so I thought, I got my shirt and tie on, then panic stations set in when I pulled my trousers up. There was a 2" gap between the button and button hole. Had they shrunk??

No, you already know the answer, my belly flab couldn’t be sucked in enough to do up the trousers. With a quick addition of a belt, I managed to keep the trousers up, but it meant I had to keep the suit jacket fastened all day, to cover up my embarrassment of my trousers not fitting.

I was determined to loose my belly, but I didn’t want to get stuck into some girly diet, that would end up getting my stomach fat back when I stopped it. I was also adamant that I didn’t want to lose the beer.

I don’t know about you, but I consider beer more than just a drink. It’s an excuse to meet up with your mates and have a great night out, you know what I mean, putting the world to rights and acting like teenagers again. It’s something to look forward to at the end of a hard week.

So after a bit of research and a couple of failed attempts, I came up with a solution, that worked for me and could work for you too. The best part about it is it’s not difficult, in fact I’d go as far to say it’s simple.

It doesn’t mean you have to have a big lifestyle change, you just have to be sensible, after all you already know what foods are bad for you. Don’t you.

So after a lot of digging around reviewing different plans and techniques, I discovered what I consider to be the best way to lose belly flab, in the rapid weight loss plan called The Diet Solution
